1,500,000.00 Paid After Vehicle Crashes With Las Cruces Limousine

A Las Cruces Limousine was retained by parents of high school teenagers to drive them around Deming, New Mexico the evening of their high school prom. The limo driver then started texting while he was driving. The passengers described his driving as being really ugly, hitting curbs, and nearly striking vehicles. He eventually did crash into a pick up truck being driven by an elderly gentlemen and his wife of fifty years. The collision cause, inuries to wife eventually causing her to pass away.
